Updated to 19.0.3 (running x64 on Windows 2016) this morning at 7:15am. Seemed successful. Prompted to reboot server. Did that. Now seeing this on dozens and dozens of messages today in "antispam.log"

...... Fri 2019-07-19 07:57:04.958: * MDSpamD Error: could not process d:/mdaemon/queues/inbound/md50000478190.msg Could not connect to host.

which sends the message into the HOLD queue, and and this(below) in "SYSTEM.LOG" ever since the update. I have had to turn of Antispam to stop this madness. CAN ANYONE HELP?

.....

May be a false alarm (ie: a bad round of installing the upgrade). While it was certainly broken, I took a chance and just re-downloaded 19.0.3 and re-installed over top of existing install. Now SYSTEM.LOG looks better:

Fri 2019-07-19 21:03:56.278: Installing all plug-ins
Fri 2019-07-19 21:03:56.257: Starting spam filter update...
Fri 2019-07-19 21:03:57.344: * Running SA-UPDATE...
Fri 2019-07-19 21:04:01.702: Server startup: Fri, 19 Jul 2019 21:04:01 -0400 [EvStartup]
Fri 2019-07-19 21:04:01.704: ----------
Fri 2019-07-19 21:04:13.045: * SpamAssassin update downloaded and installed successfully
Fri 2019-07-19 21:04:13.046: ----------
Fri 2019-07-19 21:06:55.230: Spam Filter enabled
Fri 2019-07-19 21:06:55.230: ----------

And ANTISPAM.LOG looks better as well. No more "could not contact host" errors.

At this point I'm going to claim we're back to working ok - please assume so if I don't add to this thread within the next hour.

Thanks!
-TB
