MD19.0.3 x64 on Win 2016 x64
Activesync 19.0.3.5
MC6.0.2 x32 w/Office 2013 x32 (OS=win8, x64)

User reports receiving email on phone last night at 9:50pm, then reads it.. then account properly shows message as 'read'. All good.

Upon using an office PC this morning with Outlook 2013 connected to same account, User open Outlook and checks mail. Outlook syncs and shows the receive date on that same email as TODAY, 6:45am (when Outlook finally got it I guess?) .. but opening the message, the receive date shown in side the email is still from last night at 9:50pm

Not a huge deal, but it would be very nice if Outlook dates could be made to agree with Activesync.. and vice-versa.

Thanks!
-Tony B.

Hello Tony,

In MDaemon Connector, the "Received" column shows the date the message was actually received.  It uses the message's INTERNALDATE attribute rather than requesting and parsing the Received headers, which would be larger to download.

If you check the properties of that MSG file in the recipient’s mailbox folder on the server, what does the “Modified Date” show?

Does that message’s “Date” header show “9:50pm”?

Regards,
