The issue began happening immediately after upgrading MDaemon to and starting 19.0.3 or was it working for a period of time and begins to fail? Are you running the 32-bit version of MDaemon or the 64-bit?
Does the CFEngine.exe process exist in the /MDaemon/App folder? If not, are there any third party security/anti-virus application on this machine that are scanning or monitoring the MDaemon directory and its sub-folders?
