Changing theme appears to enable autoresponder in some cases
When autoresponder is enabled, and "only send during this time range" is enabled and a user switches to the LookOut them in WebMail the "only send during this time range" option becomes effectively enabling autoresponder unexpectedly if the date range was in the past.
This is 19.5, read the release notes for 19.5.1 and don't see this mentioned.
Thanks!
Jim

Ahh, interesting.
I assumed "Standard" was, well, standard. I jump between the themes to test various behaviors. No one in my organization uses WC so it is a moot issue, but something of which I thought you would want to be aware.
I tried a couple different themes, other than Mobile locking up on me and giving me an error:
There was an error while loading the page: TypeError: Cannot read property 'error' of undefined

and when I try to login

I didn't have any problems. So, it looks like a "Standard to LookOut" issue - and if Standard shouldn't be used then it sounds like a non-issue to me.
I am trying to figure out what is going on with this Mobile issue, need to make sure nothing is broken with the account. Can no longer access it. Be back later.

Hi Jim,
It sounds to me like you're using IIS. If not, please disregard the following, and let me know so that we can discuss what might be going on and find a solution.
At present (1:41pm CST) there are two corrections to the KBA that have not been applied yet, so with the following two exceptions, please follow the article exactly:
- For step 3.1, make sure that the /webmail directory is selected prior to clicking the URL Rewrite feature, because the rule needs to only apply to the /webmail directory
- For step 3.16, choose "Is Not a File" instead of "Is a File"
The resulting URL Rewrite rule should look like this:
