QuotaCounts.dat file disappeared in 19.5.0

The file "QuotaCounts.dat" was removed from the MDaemon "App" folder starting in MDaemon v19.0.0.

The quota values are now stored in the "Hiwater.mrk" file located in the root of each users' mailbox folder ("/MDaemon/Users/(DOMAIN_NAME)/(USER_NAME)/Hiwater.mrk").

Since removing the QuotaCounts.dat file is no longer an option, use these steps instead:

1) In the /MDaemon/App folder, create a new text file containing only a single asterisk: *

2) Save that file and name it: CLEARQUOTACOUNTS.SEM

3) Wait about 5 seconds for MDaemon to process that file.

When you check the "Hiwater.mrk" file in the root of each users' mailbox, the "DiskUsage" value should have been removed.
