Troubleshooting Webmail issues using log files

Hello,
I am trying to troubleshoot an issue with Worldclient and going through the Mdaemon logs.
We have logging fully enabled, including Log full WC/HTTP/IM activity but I don't see any webmail.log.
Could the information I need be in the worldclient.log or http.logs instead?
The users are occasionally navigating to Inbox folders which fail to load and don't show any emails. They sign out and back in to Worldclient and receive the error 'your account is still busy processing, please try again later'.
Should I restart the WorldClient service so that the webmail.log file starts to be generated?
