Why Blacklist doesn't work

What I use is a rule to get rid of all those crappy domains.  Normally my mail server just needs .com, .net, .edu.  This rule filters all those annoying ones.

I wondered about that.

I guess I was hoping that one entry would cover all the bases: *@*.*.icu would also handle *@*.icu both.

Is that the answer, have to have two entries?

I think it should be *@*.icu based upon budge@relatedrob.icu

Can someone point me to what setting might cause this:

I have blacklist_from *@*.*.icu in the Spam settings

Yet, the Spam score is only 12.7.

Shouldn’t it be 112.7?

Is it because of an SPF pass?
