MDConnector appointment request
Hi there,
we have problems with MDaemon Connector when sending an appointment
request from the calendar. The recipient receives an email in Outlook as
an email with the name for the appointment.
There is no way the date (Accept, Deny)
The appointment can be seen directly in the calendar.
In email from MDaemon Webmail users, i can click on the date (Accept, Deny).
I was able to find this error under Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2019 with
MDaemon Connector 6.5.1 and MDaemon 19.5.3.
greetings Martin

It sounds like the message is being created in a way Outlook and/or the plug-in can't understand. If you can reproduce the issue, please submit the steps to do so along with a copy of the delivered message as a support request using the link below and a technician can review this further. In Webmail, right click on the message, select 'View Source,' and save the source data to submit. https://www.altn.com/Support/RequestSupport/ --

Hello,
I submitted my request to support with pictures and descriptions of my
tests.
I was able to further isolate the error, if MDPGP is activated on the
MDaemon server, this problem occurs.

I received you request for support and have responded to it. Please continue working with me through the support ticket if you have any additional questions or issues. If others come across this thread, this is an issue that occurs in Outlook regardless of using the MDaemon Connector. Unfortunately, Outlook does not officially support PGP. --

Eddie, The issue above was due to the incompatibility with PGP encrypted messages in Outlook. Outlook does not support PGP. If these issue does not involve PGP messages in Outlook, please use the link in my signature to submit a support request and a technician can further review your issue. --
