I was hoping to not have the office manager RDP to the server just to whitelist and release Bayes Learn Spam emails, but thanks for at least confirming what I suspected.

You asked:
An additional issue came up today, how to view the Bayes Learn Spam folder from Webadmin for the same purposes of Spam Trap and releasing/whitelisting..
You cannot do that from withing MDaemon Remote Administration, but the Bayesian "spam" and "non-spam" folders, like the "spam trap" folder, are just mail folders.

With the appropriate permissions one can access those folders from within one's MDaemon Webmail account and manage their contents. One can then manually copy messages from the "spam trap" folder to the "Bayesian non-spam" folder to train the spam filter.
Please be aware that if you are performing your MDaemon management from the same computer on which the MDaemon software is installed that you do not have to use MDaemon Remote Administration. You can instead use the MDameon console.
The following knowledge base article describes how to change the "Start MDaemon" Windows shortcut to launch the configuration session in addition to or instead of MDaemon Remote Administration.
