So We updated to V20, Updated OC, and also got Active Sync (Different thread for that one going one), but OC is not syncing any of the public calendars or contacts. I have had this issue with OC for a VERY long time on multiple servers sadly which is why i stopped using it but now we are consolidating and putting everything on to MD. Email is fine, just it only gives me my users personal contacts and calendars. The one other users, who has had it for a while, has no issues. We have not upgraded their OC yet though. Not sure what version it is. Both PC's running Office 2016 x64 and Windows 10.

Update: After letting it site for a while everything finally synced almost an hour later. Then on another PC i added the OC and it popped everything up right away. The first PC I was having issues with was on the same network and this is over the internet.

Hello Ryan,

When you set up the account on the local network, was it the same account as the one you set up external from the network?

If they are different accounts, is there any major difference in the number of messages or the size of the messages found in both accounts?

If you would like to look further into this issue, please provide me with copies of the “MDaemon-Connector.log” file that was generated on the days when you set up both of those accounts.

Be sure to provide the addresses of the accounts and at what time the accounts were set up on the day the log was generated.

Please compress the logs into a ZIP file and then send that file off-list to this address:
