I can't use HTML to compose email for Chinese character in Outlook 2013 with Outlook connector 6.5.2, the characters in sent email become garbled. But it has no problem if I use RTF to compose. Although I can change default compose format to RTF, the issue still remains on email forwarding ... Please kindly see if anyone has solution.
