Splitted pages when printing from webmail (Chrome/Edge)

Which version of MDaemon are you running? If you're running 20.0.1, login to webmail, find the message in the message listing, right click on the message, select 'View Source' to open the source data, copy the source data to a text file, and click the link in my signature below to submit a support request. One of our technicians can take the source data and confirm if there's an issue or not.

Hello, I've just had a user report the same issue and have been able to reproduce myself. To recap, emails sent from Outlook HTML format print over several pages in WorldClient. It seems that email section breaks are being turned into page breaks.

Some additional info:
- clearing the browser cache does not help
- happens with LookOut, WorldClient, Standard and Lite themes (but not Mobile)
- happens in both Chrome and Edge browsers

One workaround is to change Options > Personalize > Messages > Preferred Text Format from HTML to Plain Text. The text version of Outlook emails then print normally.

We are on MDaemon 20.0.3
