Hello Martin,
There is not currently a way of implementing this in MDaemon, but I will submit your request to our wish list for consideration.

Subject: [md-support] Contact Public Folder two Domains
Hello Jared,
I tested it, it works
Is there maybe a way to implement an option in MDaemon?
When creating new users, you always have to remember that you export the
address book, change it and import it into the address book of the alias
domain. It would be nice if you could set a switch so that MDaemon shows
the alias name in the address book of the alias domain.
