Hi Jonathan,
the user in question does not experience slow loading Webmail account.
Its problem is different: he is experiencing worldclient
*extremely* slow at opening any unread message (a.k.a. when use double
click a message in worldclient to read it).
That user inbox is not large, at least compared to the inboxes of
other users that are ten times larger. And the users with ten times
large mailboxes do not experience any slowness when they double click
any unread message!
This is very strange and I have many complaints from that user, since
last year.
Tomorrow I will try again to troubleshoot.
