Probably not a problem

I just saw Windows Defender report that it had found a Trojan in the temp directory, it was automatically deleted so it's not a problem for me but might it be an issue for Spam Assassin?

I'm not seeing any problems but I thought I'd just mention this is case it's unexpected. It might be the reason my incoming malware discovery count is down a lot, I've only had 15 today.
