I'll add it to our list. I'm actually a little surprised nobody else has developed an app to sync via CalDAV or ActiveSync.

I haven't tried it myself, but if you can find an app for slack that allows you to connect to your calendar using ActiveSync or CalDAV it should work with your MDaemon calendar.
Another option would be an App for slack that can connect to a published URL for your calendar that downloads an ICS file that contains the contents of your calendar.
I did a bit of research but none of the slack apps I found actually revealed how they were connecting to the services to sync calendars so I'm not sure if any of them will work or not.
