Are you wanting to force users to change the password themselves or are you wanting to set the password yourself?
If you want to force users to change their passwords, you can turn on the option to expire passwords after X days found under Accounts / Account Settings / Other / Passwords. You can then either allow the passwords to expire as the limit is reached for each account, or we have a script you can use to set the date the password was created for each account.
If you want to set the passwords yourself, you can export account data to a CSV file, Account / Exporting / Export accounts to a comma delimited file. Then edit the CSV file with Excel and set the password for each account and import the file.
Another option would be to use a semaphore file. Specifically the edituser.sem file, there is a edituser.smp file in the MDaemon\app directory that you can use as a sample. There is also information in the help file on using the edituser.sem file.
