What version of MDaemon are you using?
The first thing I'd check is the message headers. You'll want to view the source of the message so you can see all the headers. Did MDaemon flag it as spam? If you are not sure, please send me a copy of the MSG file.
Then I'd check the routing log to see where in the mailbox MDaemon placed the message when it was delivered. If there is no mention of the message in the routing log, then I'd check your logging settings under Setup / Server Settings / Logging / Settings. I'd enable everything except log scheduler activity and Create 'All' Log.
On the Log Mode dialog make sure you have Log everything into separate files based on the date, selected, Log detailed mail sessions, and Log each service into a separate file.
Under More Settings, check the box for Log ID string in mail session logs.
Once the logging is working, I'd check the routing log, content filter log, antispam, and antivirus logs to see what happened while MDaemon was processing the message.
Make sure no content filter rules were applied to the message.
Make sure no IMAP filters were applied to the message, Accounts / Account Manager / Select the Account / Edit / IMAP filters.
I'd also check to make sure no Outlook Rules were applied to the message.

I have already reviewed all possible settings, there are no traces in the logs.
Client MS Outlook 2016, Connector 7.0.4, server version 21.0.1
Tell me how to find the cause and fix this problem.
