Summary email states messages are being placed into holding queue because of unexpected software errors.

Can't locate anything specific in the logs to indicate exactly what the cause is. In the past, these issues have been caused by some sort of issue with AV. Considering 22.0.1 updates Cyren to v6.5.4r21, I figure this is the best place to start.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Safe to just roll back AV versions or should I drop back to 22.0.0 for now?

Thank you Arron.

Is there a way for me to download the executable outside of installing 22.0.0 on a different box?

Management team isn't going to let me hold off for a week. Cyren binaries don't seem to be publicly accessible.

Perusing the SecurityPlus directory leads me to assume it would be either the SDK or AltNAntiVirus DLL file.

I also realize I do not have the 22.00 installer, so is there a place to downloaded older versions?

You can open the installer using winrar or some other similar tool and extract the file.

The file you are looking for is aivse000.dll.

Rename the existing file in the MDaemon\SecurityPlus directory, then extract the file from the 22.0.0 installer and place it in the directory.  Lastly, restart MDaemon.

You can download the MDaemon 22.0.0 installer using this link:
