Blacklist sender (how to get a list)

It sounds like you're talking about a Webmail user. If not, you can ignore this email.

 

Unless you have HideBlackListFolder=Yes in the WorldClient\Domains.ini or in the user's WC\User.ini file, the user should be able to see the Blacklist folder in the Contacts folder list. The blacklisted sender is specific to the user in question.
