Since V19.5 Dynamic Blacklist not showing all records

Hi,

since I updated to Version 19.5 the Dynamic Blacklist from Dynamic Screening does not show more than 435 records anymore. Also I cant remove listed IPs from this list by entering them into the dynamic whitelist anymore.

It’s the same behavior via GUI and Admin Web Interface.

But the File “C:/Program Files/MDaemon/Data/DSBlackList.dat” has all the records.

Is this know, is this a common issue?

A screen shot of the MDaemon Dynamic Blacklist:

Copies of your most recent three MDaemon Dynamic Screening logs:

file "DynScrn-yyyy-mm-dd.log" from folder "/MDaemon/Logs/"

A copy of the following MDaemon folder

"/MDaemon/Data/"

Please compress this folder and all other requested files and folders into the same .ZIP file and attach that .ZIP file to a reply to your email support request.

Please do not attach multiple individual files to a reply to your email support request.

Please also provide a copy of your MDaemon Configuration report by performing the following steps:

1) In the MDaemon console interface, click on "Queues" then on "Queue and statistics manager".

2) When the Queue/Stats Manager dialog box appears, click on the tab "Report Page". This displays your MDaemon configuration report.

3) Click on the "Save" button to save this report to a file name of your own choosing.

Please compress this file and all other requested files and folders into the same .ZIP file and attach that .ZIP file to to your email support request.

unfortunately there is still no fix, after the Problem was admit there were already 3 new Releases published with non of them fixing that issue.

Its a big harm for us, working since months manually with an Text editor on the mdaemon Server itself where only few people have access to, and only they can do the anoying job.

When will there be finally a fix available?

I just saw V20 was released 16th June and having a fix:
[20270] fix to Dynamic Screening UI does not list more more than 427 blacklist entries

Ill give it a try.
