ActiveSync Migtation

I've setup a test server and setup a migration via the ActiveSync migration tool. I followed the kb article and It appears to complete without errors but no actual emails are migrated. I can post the entire log if needed but this is the end snippet.

Can you send the rest of the log?
 
What type of server are you connecting to?
 
What command line are you using?
 
What format are you storing the user account information in?  If you are storing the infomration in a tab delimited file it should look something like this:
 
mail.mydomain.com    user@domain.com    Password
 
Does the server require that you use SSL?  Are you using /SSL on the command line?
 
If you are using SSL, is a certificate error being returned?  Does using /Ice on the command line help?
 
You can also try adding /IgnoreGetUserInfoErrorrs to the command line, we've seen some servers return errors when trying to obtain user information.

moving from exchange 2016. Here is the command line. It seems to find the user ok.. no error messages at all that I can see. It says complete, it just doesn't move anything.
The target does have all of the proper IMAP folders though.. In other words all the user folders are replicated in the new server, just no data. I used a comma delimited file.
I am using ssl, I added the /ICe without change but I wasn't getting ssl errors before.
added /IgnoreGetUserInfoErrors also without change but again never saw any errors.

Also to note. the two machines are local to each other so the transfer moves really fast. (really fast since it doesn't seem to actually be fetching the emails. )

If you delete everything in M:\Users and the C:\Migration\log\logfile.log file and then run this command does it sync data?

If not, can you send me the newly created log file along with everything in the c:\migration\log\xml\ directory? The XML directory will contain all data sent back and forth between the server and the client, including the content of all items being migrated.  
 
And would it be possible for me to attempt to migrate data from a test account on your server?

I was able to migrate data out of the test account, so I believe the new version I sent you should fix the issue.
