Outlook App Problem?

I initially posted in the Issues forum asking about an iOS issue but I am seeing this in all version of the Outlook app: Connections to ActiveSync are not working. Since it WAS working and stopped without me changing anything on the server AND I am not the only one who is seeing it I am guessing this is an Outlook app issue - but just in case it is something mdaemon-related I want to jump up and down and wave my hands here.

Basically a working AS connection stops working, asks for a new password. The AS log show an error. Outlook desktop version works fine. Web mail works fine. IMAP works fine.
 This is just the outlook app on samsung and ios.

Transcript in log shows this:

191127 103736745 W [76F388EE] 0x813116C6 Item Status: (6) : Conversion Error [18333]

Just in case: this is 19.5.0, properly working accounts w/ the username/domain fix.

It looks like this may be resolved. As of this morning I am seeing email in the Outlook app over ActiveSync on Android functioning.

Will be testing calendar and iOS but I hopeful.

Just Microsoft being Microsoft...
