Hello,

Have come across a problem which has cropped up before in an earlier version v17 that I was reading about. However the fix was to update to newer version(17.03).

My server is 2012R2, 32GB, i7 multiple SSD. I utilise IIS as a front end provider. I also use CertifyTheWeb to provide LetsEncrypt SSL. MD is installed to C under default conditions.

I have just started getting a client who is logging the following in AirSync log:

19/08/05 22:53:06.725 Warning 447684A9 0x81311728 Client sent expired Sync Key: Rolling back last transaction: CI-00000000000000000000000000002/0000-00-00T12:52:09.959Z/0000-00-00T11:21:43.428Z

The user informs me that their phone is constantly reloading emails from earlier this year then crashing out. Is this something that sticks out in someones mind with a fix?

The logs show the device continually try to load and rollback the same emails.

Regards

Chris

Glad you were able to find the issue. If you're still running an older version of MDaemon, you may want to upgrade to verify if the updated server can sync your message or if you'd like to submit a support ticket and send in the MSG file, we can review it.
