Hello,

Are there any DMP files created in the MDaemon\Dumps directory?  If there are can you put them in a zip file and upload them to our FTP server?

If there are not any DMP files created, would you be able to capture some for us?  Instructions for capturing crash dumps can be found in the following article:

https://www.altn.com/Support/KnowledgeBase/KnowledgeBaseResults/?Number=KBA-01835

Here is the information for uploading files to our FTP server:

Server: r2d2.altn.com

Username: Uploader

Password: incoming

Once the file is uploaded, please let us know the name of the file.
