MDaemon Webmail v19.0.3 64 bit English on Windows Server 2008 R2
fully patched.

I am experimenting an extreme slow performance opening messages in
WorldClient on pc running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit version 1909.

[I apologize for re-posting this issue but I have my boss urging me to
find a sound solution to it.]

We are using ESET EndPoint Antivirus both on Windows 7 and 10
machines.

It happens in WorldClient when I doubleclick whatever meassage, the
message windows opens completely blank then after several seconds
finally the message shows.

On machines running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit opening the very same
mailboxes in WorldClient works very well: double clicking on a message
opens it immediately.

I have tried twho browsers: Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox (both
are 64 bit editions).

Please help since many users are complaining about this issue only
happening on Windows 10.

No, the evemt log shows fine: there are not entries related to my
issue on that windows 10 machine.

I have temporarily *uninstalled* ESET Endpoint Antivirus from that
windows 10 machine: nada, the issue persists.

In the task manager eveyithing is fine, ther is no abnormal memory
usage.

Plenty of disk space on that machine (and it also has a very fast SSD
hard disk)

The machine cames from HP with standard 8 GB of RAM.

pagefile.sys 1,25 GB (1.342.177.280 bytes)
swapfile.sys 16,0 MB (16.777.216 bytes)

Strange enough, the very same WC user account works fine on windows 7
machines but it is very slow opening messages on windows 10 machines.

Other WC user accounts have not this issue on windows 10 machines.
So I strongly suspect that something is wrong with *this* account
*and* windows 10 machines.

I am very short on option left to try.

As a last resort I am thinking to delete the following two files from
the MD server:

\MDaemon\Users\mydomain\myuser\WC\User.ini

\MDaemon\Users\mydomain\myuser\WC\Messages.idx

Does MDaemon will recreate them as soon as the user will login again
into its MDaemon WorldClient account?
