Majority amount of emails started going in to the holding queue after new update.

Majority amount of emails started going into the holding queue after the new update of the MDaemon server. any ideas what could cause an issue and how to resolve it?

v19.5.5 version Mdeamon. MDeamon Antivirus: v19.0.3 The problem started after the last upgrade to v19.5.5 where was a strange thing that upgrade hanged for about 25min so we had to restart server. After restart email started going to holding queue.

Advise how to fix this is very appreciated!

Looks to me like the install didn’t complete.  The AV version is still 19.0.3, it should be 19.5.5. 

 

I’d suggest running the installer for MD 19.5.5 again.  When you run it make sure you are logged into the machine as an administrator and right click on the installer and select run as Administrator.

 

If the install hangs again, please send me a copy of the install.log file from the MDaemon\app directory.

Hello, I have tried to run the installation again with an administrative account and elevated access. Result is the same got stuck at 99%.
The log file is 22MB size, zipped 3MB size both times it says too big.
So I copy-paste a part of the log where I think the problems come from.
