[23680] ... sent messages are not saved now.

I see the release notes say: 

[23680] fix to sent message not saved in selected account Sent Items folder for multiple accounts profile with same display name 

I've never seen this problem before but I am seeing it now that I've updated to the current version of OC it's happening on my desktop (W7 + Office 2010).  If I log into the same account from another computer then it works fine.  I've checked all the Outlook settings and they all appear to be OK - I don't normally ever mess with them.
