Hello, i have installed the 64Bit Outlook-Connector Variante on a Windows 10Pro Tab ( 20H2) with Office365. Now the problem is that every 5 or 10 Minutes the Outlook will closed and starting again.
In the Windows Event Viewer i found this:
> OUTLOOK.EXE

16.0.14026.20246
60a8b1e9
MDConnector32.dll
7.0.4.0
60a3d39e
c0000005
00000000000876a8
4924
01d756b348545ccf
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MDConnector32.dll
064a02ae-000b-44ad-9b99-a304f97af473
> This is coming permanently and why an MDconnector32 with Outlook64 ?

Kind regards
Hartmut

Please answer the following troubleshooting questions fully:

What is the total number of Outlook/MDaemon Connector end-users on your copy of MDaemon?

Of that number, what is the scope of the issue that you describe? To how many Outlook/MDaemon Connector users does the issue occur? Does the issue happen with all of your Outlook-using end-users? To just some of your Outlook-using end-users? To just one of your Outlook-using end-users?

Is there any antivirus software (including Windows Defender) or other security software installed on the computer on which the affected copy of Outlook/MDaemon Connector is running?

If, for troubleshooting purposes, you temporarily uninstall or at least disable the security software, does the issue you describe go away?

What troubleshooting steps have you performed on the workstation or workstations exhibiting the issue you describe?

At any point did you create a new Outlook mail profile? Perhaps the issue you describe is due to a corrupt Outlook mail profile. Perform the steps in the following knowledge base article to see if the issue you describe occurs when you open Outlook using the new Outlook mail profile rather than the existing one:

Create a new Outlook mail profile to connect to the MDaemon email account of the problem user. Do not simply add an email account to an existing Outlook mail profile. Create a new Outlook mail profile that contains only the single email account of the problem user. This will allow you to test the existing Outlook mail profile on the affected end-user workstation. One does not have to delete the existing mail profile. We are merely creating a new Outlook mail profile for testing.

Open Outlook using the new Outlook/Outlook Connector mail profile. Does the issue you describe occur when using the new Outlook mail profile? If not, then the issue you describe appears to have been due to to a corrupt Outlook mail profile.

To troubleshoot this issue, please submit an email support request (http://www.altn.com/Support/RequestSupport/) and include the following information:

A copy of your MDaemon Configuration report by performing the following steps:
1.) In the MDaemon console interface, click on "Queues" then on "Queue and statistics manager" (henceforth referred to as "MDQStats").
2.) When the Queue/Stats Manager dialog box appears, click on the tab "Report Page".
3.) This displays your MDaemon configuration report. Click on the "Save" button to save this report to a file name of your own choosing.

On the workstation of the affected end-user please provide a copy of the MDaemon Connector report by performing the following steps:
1.) Open Outlook using the MDaemon Connector mail profile.
2.) On the menu bar at the top of Outlook, click on "MDaemon Connector". This will cause the MDaemon Connector toolbar to appear.
3.) On the MDaemon Connector toolbar, click on the icon "About". This will cause "About MDaemon Connector" dialog box to appear.
4.) In the "About MDaemon Connector" dialog box click on the button "Report". This will open an instance of Windows Notepad containing information about Outlook and MDaemon Connector.
5.) Copy and paste this text to a text file named "MDaemonConnectorReport.txt".

Please compress all requested files and folders into the same .ZIP file and attach that .ZIP file your email support request. Please do not attach multiple individual files to your email support request.
