Dear, We added a domain signature. Sometimes we have internal e-mails where the signature is not added at the end of the message, but right in the middle of the text. This is causes people to miss parts of the e-mail since they do not expect to content below the automatic added signature.

Hello,
What version of MDaemon are you using?
Did you configure the domain signature under Setup / Domain Manager / select the domain / Signatures? If you did not, how is it configured?
Can you attach an MSG file for a message that the signature was incorrectly placed? If you have a copy from before MDaemon added the signature that would also be helpful. If you would prefer to not post the messages to the list you can send them to me directly at arron.caruth@mdaemon.com.
I'm not sure if this is an option for you or not, but Client Signatures will solve this issue for you. The domain signature MDaemon has to try to figure out where in the message the signature should be placed, in this case, it sounds like MDaemon is picking the wrong spot. Client signatures solve this issue by allowing the clients to tell MDaemon where the signature should be placed. If you are using MDaemon Connector or webmail, you can configure the signature on the server and push the signature to the clients. If you are using any other client, you just set the signature in the client to be
and MDaemon will replace the macro with the configured client signature. If you decide to do this, be sure to remove the domain signature, otherwise, you will end up with two signatures.
