Where can i find info in the log files for this bounce back ??

Error when opening SMTP stream
GETQUOTA no such quota root
GETQUOTA no such quota root
SMTP greeting failure: 421 SMTP connection went away!

Check the inbound SMTP log in the MDaemon\Logs directory.

GETQUOTA is not an SMTP command though, it is an IMAP command, so there may be something mis configured.  I'd verify the client is configured to use the correct IMAP and SMTP ports.  And that MDaemon is configured to listen on the correct IMAP and SMTP ports.

Typically the default SMPT port is 25 and the default IMAP port is 143. 

If you are still having issues:

What version of MDaemon are you using?

What client are you using?  What version of the client are you using?  Are you using MDaemon Connector?  If Yes, what version?

What do the MDaemon logs show is happening?
