This may sound like a dumb question but where do I find the settings to allow for Password Recovery in World Client?

In the administrator interface I have password recovery turned on and I have the option for password recovery selected for the user. IN the Help file it shows in World Client there will be an option to enter an email for where the recovery password will be sent but this does not seem to show up in World Client anywhere.

Help !?

Thank you for sending a copy of your domains.ini file.

You actually have two entries for EnablePasswordRecovery=No which are causing the option to not be available.  The settings can be found on lines 227 and 269 of your domains.ini file.

Remove the EnablePasswordRecovery=No lines, save the file and restart webmail.  You should then be able to configure Password recovery for the users.

It has... EnablePasswordRecovery=Yes

>On the MDaemon server, in the user's mailbox directory there is a WC folder with a User.ini file, does the User.INI file contains EnablePasswordRecovery=No?

This entry does not appear in User.ini under any of the users.
When I add EnablePasswordRecovery=Yes manually into one of the users, the option now appears to add a recovery email address in World Client!!

Does this have to manually be added to ALL User.ini files or is there an option in the MDaemon admin interface to do this?

Ok, I have made the changes you suggested and now all domains have password recovery.

There now seems to be another problem. I am using "MD Admin" webpage to make changes and if I go into "Main\Webmail Settings\Settings" and uncheck "Enable Password Recovery" and also go into "Main\Domain Manager" and then go into each domain and under "Webmail Settings" uncheck "Enable Password Recovery" I can see in the "Domains.ini" the entries "EnablePasswordRecovery=No" under [Default:UserDefaults] and also under each domain [mydomain.com:UserDefaults] I see "EnablePasswordRecovery=No" yet Password recovery is now always on.
Regardless of all settings showing "EnablePasswordRecovery=No" it will not shut off, Password recovery is now always on for every domain.
