So not sure what is going on here. Got an email that LetsEncrypt failed for a client. Then I noticed that World Client is not coming up on server so that is why it failed.

World Client runs on port 81 (External firewall forwards port 80 to 81 as another piece of software they uses requires port 80 but it is only internal and I am unable to change it). They don't actually use World Client it is just there for lets encrypt. It last ran on 1/13 successfully.

Attached the Lets Encrypt/Webamil/WDaemon files

We can see from the LetsEncrypt log that you provided that the HTTP challenge for LetsEncrypt cannot be completed.

According to the details from LetsEncrypt the connection timed out.

I tried connecting to the IP and the host name included in the log using HTTP and HTTPS.  I also was not able to connect.

Can you connect locally?  Can you connect from the internet?  Can you connect using HTTPS from the internet (This is what LetsEncrypt is trying to do)?

That is the think I don't think it is a LetsEncrypt issue, it is a World Client Issues. I can not access world client. I have it set to port 81 internally as another program uses 80 for http on same server and it was working fine before and now it is not. I can't even access it locally on that server using localhost/127.0.0.1 as the domain name.

Actually after some more digging, System is using port 80. When i try to do a net stop http i got two things that rely on it and i think it is due to windows server desktop experience installed which used a bunch of extra stuff that this server isn't using. Weird thing is again LetsEncrypt work just find a few months ago.

Let me remove that and reboot (server needs a reboot anyways) and let me get back to you.

    Thanks
