How can I add the origin country code to the external mail CF Rule?

For example US, NA in the following warning message:

[EXTERNAL EMAIL] DO NOT CLICK links or attachments unless you
recognize the sender and know the content is safe. The message
originated from US, NA

I suppose there is a macro in MDaemon but I was unable to find it in
the help.

Make sure you have the option for "Add X-MDOrigin-Country header to messages" enabled.  It can be found under Security /...

The macro $HEADER:X-MDOrigin-Country$ adds short codes for countries e.g. US, NA

As the SMTP logs shows "Location Screen says connection is from United States, North America" can we have a different macro to show "United States, North America", "Germany, Europe" etc. or even just the country?

Currently, there is no way to write out the full country names to the X-MDOrigin-Country.

It was previously allowed, but the country names were getting translated and included non-ascii characters, which is an RFC violation, so we changed it to use the ISO country codes.

If you want the full country name, you could probably use a powershell script to translate it for you.  I haven't actually tried this, but it should work.
