Can you also zip the install.log and email it to me off list? --Arron CaruthVice President of Product Developmento: 817-601-3222    e:...

Hi,
SecurityPlus directory - read-only
ClamAVPlugin directory - read-only
Conf directory - read-only

clamd.conf and freshclam.conf are normal (not read-only). Installing account is "administrator" and has full control of both files.

OS- Windows Server 2012R2

I have sent you zipped install.log file via email.

Warm regards!

I don’t think this is going to fix it, but if you remove the read-only flag from the directories, is the install able to complete?

If you move the entire ClamAVPlugin directory and then run the install, does it complete?

What is the error you get on screen when the install fails?
