Hi all!
I'm really trying hard to move away from MS Exchange to MDaemon for many of my clients, but I'm having a repeatable error with the migration tool: MDMigrator.exe [3.0.4.0 - from MDaemon 21.0.1.4 32Bit]. I can migrate the Domain Admin User Account that the Outlook profile is setup as. I have tried two different Domain Admin User Profiles and both end up importing the Outlook 2013 [32Bit] profile's Domain Admin Account but no other accounts will import, not even the other Domain Admin Account. I generally pick another five Exchange User Accounts to test this process. I get this error every time:

We made a number of improvements to the MDMigrator for MDaemon 21.0.2 to help address this issue.  Please download and install MDaemon 21.0.2.

If you are still having using the MDMIgrator.exe from MDaemon 21.0.2, please verify that you ran the following command:

Add-ADPermission -identity "mailbox database" -user "serviceaccount" -ExtendedRights Receive-As

Or have granted sufficient permissions so that the "serviceaccount" can be used to access the mailboxes that you are attempting to migrate?  If you did not run the command above, what is the command that you ran?

And when you open Outlook that is logging in as "serviceaccount" you can access all the mailboxes in question?

Hi Arron!
like I mentioned in the post, I did do the Add-ADPermission command on the Exchange Server in the Exchange Management Shell.
My Exchange Mailbox Database is: MyMailBoxDataBase 12345678
One of the AD User Accounts I tried was the Domain Admin: ADomainAdminAccount
Thus the command I used was:
Add-ADPermission -identity 'MyMailBoxDataBase 12345678' -user 'ADomainAdminAccount' -ExtendedRights Receive-As

Is the 'serviceaccount' you reference okay to be the Domain Administrator, a user account with full Exchange Management permissions, "Manage Full Access Permission" to all mailboxes, and "Organization Management" - the Microsoft Exchange Security Group?

Using Outlook, I verified access to five accounts. I can open and view mail items in each account. The Outlook profile is using the Domain Administrator AD User Account.

I will try the update [v21.0.2, from May 18th, 2021] and see if that helps.

Cheers All!
