Hello,
If
all of the messages in the bad message queue can be removed, as you've
determined they aren't needed, you can remove them from the MDaemon GUI and
MDaemon will permanently remove them from the server. They will not be
moved to the recycle bin unless you remove them from Windows
Explorer.
You
may consider removing some of the old log files from your MDaemon\Logs\OldLogs
directory. If you don't need to reference these logs going forward, they
can be removed or backed up to another location.
The
user's folders usually contain the most data since this is where MDaemon stores
all of the user's messages. If you're considering saving space, you may
implement user's quotas. You can enable these per user within MDaemon in
the user's account editor (Accounts | Edit Account | Edit an Account) or
globally within MDaemon under Accounts | Account Settings.
