ActiveSync with user mailboxes on different mdaemon server

My apologies for the delay in responding.

What host name is configured in the phones of the users in the regional offices? 

They need to enter a host name that points to the MDaemon server where their account reside.  For example, if you have HQ.domain.com pointing to MDaemon in Hong Kong, and Region1.domain.com pointing to MDaemon in one of the regional offices.  Users whose account exists on region1.domain.com need to configure their phones to point to Region1.domain.com.

HI All,

My customer is currently using Mdaemon.

They have regional offices and a HQ office in singapore.

Currently what they are doing is that they have 5 offices (one being the HQ). They use mingler to distribute emails to the other regional offices (which will be hosting the respective user mailboxes). i.e if the user is in HK, the email will be distributed by Mingler to the mdaemon server in HK as that will be where the user mailbox is residing.

They have turned on ActiveSync and are using the MobileIron MDM solution.

They problem they are facing is that only their SG users are able to retrieve their emails from activesync (as this is the hq site) while their users in the regional office are not able to do so.

ANyone can advise if they have done similar (i..e. user mailboxes are hosted on different mailbox servers) and have the activesync working correctly for the mobile users to access their emails?
