ActiveSync send attached files as eml files - 09:05am Sep 8, 2021 CDT - We are setting up ours accounts according to the default protocol: https://support.google.com/work/android/answer/9412194?hl=en here we can't change any setting on the devices, the client's behavior is out of our control.

This Issue is happening in all our devices, whether it is a Samsung device or Huawei or Bq, etc.. Is possible that we should use other software as email client manager?..

I don't understand what my users should to do to forward an email received with file/s attach or if I must to change settings.
This feature works fine untill some versions ago...
